Entrance Hall Cornice — 200mm Ceiling Projection x 125mm Wall Drop
This is one of our most popular period cornices — and it's easy to see why. With a generous 200mm ceiling projection and 125mm wall drop, it makes an immediate statement in entrance halls, reception rooms and staircases. Handcrafted in traditional fibrous plaster by our skilled craftsmen, it brings authentic Victorian and Edwardian character to any property.
Supplied in 2 metre lengths for straightforward installation.
Dimensions at a glance: Ceiling projection: 200mm | Wall drop: 125mm | Length: 2 metres Product Code: CC-EHC-200-20-12
Decorative Blocks and Flowers: This cornice can be beautifully enhanced with our decorative blocks and petal flowers, available separately. We recommend 6 blocks per 2 metre length as a guide. At tighter spacing you'll achieve a more ornate formal look; wider spacing gives a lighter, less imposing feel. In some installations just the plain blocks are used without flowers — the choice is entirely yours.

What's the difference between your cornice and DIY store coving? Our cornice is handcrafted using traditional fibrous plaster techniques — reinforced with jute hessian and timber laths, exactly as craftsmen have made it for centuries. This gives it far greater strength, authenticity and longevity than the paper-faced plasterboard coving sold in DIY superstores. It's the material specified for listed buildings, heritage projects and high-end renovations.
