Product Description
A triangular plaster ornament designed to fill the four corners of a decorative moulded ceiling. The central foliate scrollwork — flowing acanthus leaves rising from a scrolled base — turns what would otherwise be plain corner space into a balanced, period-correct flourish. Equally at home framing a ceiling rose, dressing the corners of a coffered panel, or used singly above a doorway or arch as a traditional spandrel.
Cast in fine gypsum plaster and reinforced with jute scrim and timber laths in the traditional fibrous plaster method — finished in our Surrey workshop and ready to fix, prime and paint.
Sold in sets of four to dress all corners of a ceiling.
