This Victorian mullion capital features bold, rounded foliate carving gathered beneath a stepped square abacus, designed to sit atop a window mullion — the vertical bar dividing a window into separate lights.
Cast in Jesmonite for genuine exterior durability, this piece is suitable for window mullions, doorway surrounds, and other architectural applications where weather resistance is essential. Jesmonite offers excellent frost resistance and UV stability, holding crisp detail and a clean white finish far longer than traditional fibrous plaster in exterior settings.
