Delivery Information

We hold stock of over 500 different items, ready to ship. For pieces not currently in stock, we cast to order during busy periods.

Standard delivery

In most cases we can deliver within 5 working days. We'll text or call you on the morning of delivery with an estimated time, and follow up with a 1–2 hour window once the driver is en route.

Express delivery

Need it sooner? We offer a 2–3 day Express service on selected items — please contact us first to check availability and we'll do our best to get it to you.

Free delivery

Free delivery is offered within the M25 on orders over £1,000 (excluding VAT).

How we deliver

Unlike many suppliers, we don't simply leave plaster mouldings at the kerb. Our drivers are skilled, helpful, and will carry your items into a suitable area within your premises. Please note: for properties above the first floor, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

If you're not in when we attempt delivery, the order will be returned to us. A redelivery fee of £60 plus the original delivery charge will then apply.

Wider UK coverage

We deliver across the UK, including Cornwall, Devon, Exeter, East Suffolk, West Midlands, Derbyshire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Northumberland, Cumbria, Scotland, Wales, and the Isle of Wight. Delivery rates for these areas are calculated individually — please contact us with your postcode for an accurate quote.

Smaller items

Smaller packages are securely packed and dispatched via DHL or another trusted courier, with tracking provided.

European delivery

We deliver across Europe via crate, with packaging and shipping arranged to suit your requirements. Please get in touch and we'll put together the best option for you.

Damage in transit

In the rare event a piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement promptly.
