The Archive

Every workshop worth its salt accumulates treasures. Forty years in fibrous plaster — restoring London's finest interiors, rescuing moulds and casts from closing workshops, keeping patterns that survive nowhere else — has filled our barn with an archive of original pieces, each with a story attached.

The archive itself is not for sale. It's the working heart of what we do.

What you'll find here are castings drawn from it: pieces cast by hand from original moulds and masters in our keeping — patterns you will not find in any other catalogue, because no one else has them. Some are cast fresh and supplied ready to decorate; others are hand-finished and antiqued in the workshop, each one individually, so no two leave the bench quite alike.

Every listing tells you where the pattern came from and what we know of its history — and often there's more to tell than fits on a page. Ring us; talking about these pieces is no hardship.

Pieces join The Archive as patterns surface from the collection, and some are cast in small batches only. If something here speaks to you, don't wait too long.
